Tried the BNY aka the Big New Yorker. It was a nice size for the price. However, it was over baked so the cheese was dry. Very little pepperoni and way too much oregano. I was really excited about this new pizza, but it didn’t really work for me.

Very bad customer service. I had ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would take 45 mins. I live two miles from the Pizza Hut. After 1.5 hours I called the store and the manager told me to call back in five mins while checks my order. When I called I was on hold for 20 mins and nobody came on the phone. After 2.5 hours I got a call from the manager saying they will remake my pizza n offered me a desert. I told them to cancell my order and to take the charge off my credit card. I was told they could not do that and I had to go into the store to get reembursed with cash. They had my money but I didn’t get my food.

There are no professionals that work here! all these are just young stoner, punks who don’t pay attention when people order! They get everything wrong over priced too! customers are not happy. Don’t waste ur money on this store. Costco pizza is my new favorite. Or Lamppost pizza on Laguna blvd. I called to complain about my order being done wrong! . Got hung up on three times. I had to drive to store I get there. They tell me the person taking the calls left.

My husband is devastated, we asked for original pan butter crust and received a dry communion bread crust. He went to return the pizza to get my money back and the manager said “ It was a matter of Preference and that he wouldn’t give us our money back. He also threatened to call the cops. And my husband wasn’t threatening at all. So disappointed that this franchise missed the mark on customer service.

This is my family’s go-to pizza place. So far they’ve been courteous and always prepared our order in the estimated time. There was a couple of times when there are little mistakes, such as missing toppings, but not anything big that would make us want to go to another pizza place.
