Locally owned business with great customer service and great food. Ended up getting two of the teriyaki boxes and realized that the large is honestly big enough for two meals. Looking forward to trying the wraps the next time through.

Tried it for the first time today am so glad I did! The Service was insanely fast and the person who served me was very helpful. She reccomended the “Coach” wrap and I loveddddd it. Portion size was big considering I ordered a small! I had lunch and dinner. Great prices, fresh ingredients, and extremely tasty food. Highly recommend

Urban Kitchen is my favorite place to eat in Cottage Grove. The black bean box is the best and comes with black beans, rice, sour cream, olives, cheese, salsa and I add chicken. My parents love their wraps. They have noodles, veggies, salads, sauces, multiple protein options and even gluten free foods. The ladies are the best! This is a must eat in CG.

The lady working there was so rude there. It was ugly. I was looking on what I wanted and she talked to me and my mom like we were dumb. She had a very snotty voice and it was gross. They have a sign that says we charge rude people 10 bucks and can refuse service. I think that lady should give us 10 bucks for having to deal with her gross attitude. Seriously that customer service isn’t worth it. The lady is a Karen.

May 17. This woman working was so awful. She was mean to my mother in law. I was a faithful customer here until today. There sign says rude customers should pay 10 dollars for dealing with them but what about dealing with a awful snarky mean drive thru lady? My mother in law should be payed 10 bucks for dealing with this rude woman. To think she was hungry and needed a place to go eat and I referred her here. I’m not pleased. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless this lady learns how to have good customer service

Extremely mean customer service May 17. The lady was so rude when I was ordering. It was very unusual. Her face was mean her voice was mean. I decided to go somewhere else. My daughter was so nice to her and the lady was very mean so I told her just never mind. I am stopping my order. The lady talked to my daughter in such a mean way. Please take your customer service else where. She talked over me and didn’t give me time to look at the menu. Dear mean lady: look up definition of customer service on Google.
