Excited to finally have a Papa John’s open here in Port Richey. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the store is super clean. The manager holly was great! The location is also very convenient in the Publix Shopping Center.

It’s nice having a Papa Johns close by. I live too far for delivery from the one on Rowan, so this has been delightful to have a new Papa Johns down the road that can deliver up till midnight. I have been lucky enough to eat my favorite pizza while I’m sick at home with COVID and literally can’t get out of bed. They helped me feed my family when I’m too sick to cook. As much as I appreciate them, it must be noted that on the negative side, the chicken wings do not taste like chicken (they were soggy and slimy) and this restaurant didn’t have the ingredients to make The Works pizza tonight. I found that pretty weird, but otherwise it’s an awesome place- the employees are super nice and the delivery guy got here faster than I expected

I have always loved papa John’s, but whoever is cooking at this location,well sucks. Ordered 2 lg pies, both really under cooked, called and appreciated them remaking the order but still way under cooked. Not gonna call for the 3rd time and make my family wait event longer to eat.

my order was 100% completely wrong. the manager Joshua is rude and incompetent. i tried calling about an issue that i had been dealing with for 3 days because their phones were down and no one emailed me back. I finally got someone on the phone, unfortunately it was Joshua. he talked over me consistently and when i finally spoke up so he couldn’t ignore me anymore, he called me rude and hung up on me. i called back over 10 calls and he screened all of them.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever trying to get a pizza on National Pizza Day. Sorry, Shaq, but the new Poppa John’s at Regency has the WORST service and the poorest attitude on the part of a manager I have EVER encountered. Needless to say we NEVER got our order after A THREE HOUR DELAY. They kept promising to deliver only to MISS every single promise by more than 30 minutes. AND THE MANAGER NEVER CONTACTED US, ACTED RUDELY, AND ABSOLUTELY FAILED TO KEEP OUR BUSINESS. Calling to complain today (6 calls last night) and will complain to Corporate. BOO
