First off, the customer service is great! I was, however, disappointed in both the quantity and quality of the chicken livers. I was craving livers and decided to give this chain a try for the first time. My 1st order of livers was warm at best. They were greasy and were not crispy, so they were quickly replaced. The second order was they exact same. I was informed that due to the quantity of livers sold, they are friend ahead of time and placed under a heat lamp. The lamp was also malfunctioning the day I visited, and fresh livers were not made for me, even in this instance. For $10, this was disappointing. The biscuit was the highlight; those were delicious!

Husband went to this location and waited twenty minutes on chicken, line was out the door. Folks there’s a reason for that. It was so good. Did not mind the wait at all. Everything tasted great. Mash potatoes Yummy. Dip your biscuit in your gravy.

They gave me my soft drink in an overfilled coffee cup. I put my straw in it and the lid came off and the whole drink spilled in my car. Now I gotta clean my car. Thanks Lees chicken.

Really unaware employees. Please don’t take the trash out while I’m sitting right next to it, and then leave the job unfinished, so I’m now just a foot away from an open trash can. Second time I went in, there was an overwhelming baby powderish smell. Just no. Chicken was meh, a little chewy, not very warm. Go buy a rotisserie chicken from Kroger.

Lee’s Famous Chicken on Brownsboro Rd. In Louisville, KY was awesome. My first time trying them out & I am definitely glad I did. I won’t be going to KFC anymore after eating Lee’s Chicken. Prices were reasonable, food was delicious & staff was amazing!

I Really Like this Restaurant Even though I haven’t lived near the Area long it’s on Browns uro Rd. The Food is WONDERFUL I have never had a bad Experience the people who work here are Always so Helpful and Friendly. My FAVORITE PART OF THIS whole place is They have a book shelf in the back . People bring in books for others and you can take books For free and bring them back or Donate books. I love to Read and if you do to Check ✔️ our This Lee’s Chicken it’s worth it
