Regarding the drive-through, 9 out of 10 orders are wrong. Every time I order a hamburger, I get a cheeseburger. When talking to the person taking the order at the drive-through, I talk slow and loud, so they will understand my order. I even repeat it a second time. When I pick up my order, I check it and it’s wrong. No exaggeration. I only kept going back a few times because it’s very convenient to where I live. But no more.

The manager is a nice guy, he’s always been kind to me. But the rest of the staff is a nightmare. I waited in line for 25 minutes and only moved up one. There was still one person ahead of me. The girl taking orders was standing around complaining about her day to the customers. Just a bizarre experience. Only one of two times I ever left a place without getting food.

Have tried coming here several times and never been able to order anything. Usually show up around 7-8pm and door has hours posted that the dining room closes at 10pm. All doors are always locked. So we attempt to go through drive through and no one ever answers to take our order. Absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

If I could leave no stars I would. I came here for a frosty and after someone walked passed me they said they would be right with you ten minutes later someone came to us. Just to find out that they didn’t have any frosty’s. I would be more understanding if the store was busy but it wasn’t there was more workers then costumers so what was the hold up here. Wait talking about your boyfriend and stuff was more important then taking care of your customers what a shame.

Went to get a Dave’s deluxe and chilli well, the lettuce was wilted, the bun was smashed and the burger was disgusting , The chilli was disgusting as well with little meat and 2 different beans, 1 red and the other God only knows is the white small beans it was totally disgusting ended up throwing everything out they remodeled what they should’ve remodeled is the food!!! I tried this place over a year ago and it was awful and the manager at the time was a nasty jerk and the food sucked but it’s even worse now I should’ve learned my lesson don’t ever go to the one in Whiting!!! And this was in the drive-through, I did not go to go inside to see it I should’ve, but I didn’t because I would’ve gotten my money back. It was disgusting but even if I went inside or the drive-through, it shouldn’t be that gross.

Ordered to go food ghost pepper fries and taco salad , got home ghost pepper fries missing cost nearly $4. Taco salad looked nothing like pictures on the menu. Old wilted salad with rotten romaine and old chopped eggs. Eggs in the taco salad? Waste of time and money.
