It’s Panda Express and it’s gotta be awesome. As any other panda express, it has tasty dishes at good prices. There are big lines during peak times. People were tasting samples of each and every dish when we were in line, that was little annoying, but that’s what the chain offers. Even then the line was moving fast. Store is located in a lively shopping center. Parking is also easily available.

The first time I ordered from this place for delivery my delivery never came so I had to go to the restaurant to attempt to get a refund on my order and the manager would not give me a refund for about an hour. The second time I went to this place I ordered food, and the chow mein was absolutely terrible. I ordered Kung pal chicken and they gave me the wrong side dish, and the helpings of the entrées were extremely small. the cashier was extremely rude. Do not go to this place. If you want to take my advice, I would recommend probably going to the panda express on Cherry in the new Almaden shopping center. Just a heads up.

Late in preparing pick-up order. This happened to me at least 3 times already. Placed an order for pickup. The email said it would be ready at a specific time. But when I got there 10 mins past the ready-for-pickup time, it is still not ready. The waitress would not explain why it was so late. The manager Nancy didn’t give a good explanation either. Stay away from this lazy restaurant. If you can’t, place the order at least 15 mins earlier

I wish i could leave them a 0 stars. Really slow with pick up orders waited at least 20 minutes more. In top of that they serve you a smaller portions of your portions. Never coming back here again.

This place is a mess! 5 people hanging out in the back goofing off, no chow mein, no string bean chicken, hardly any food of the other choices. So many people hanging around just waiting with a pile of containers piling up because there is no food.
