Zuri Coffee Co. started as an ambitious plan for owners Esther and Werner Ospelt. Originally from Switzerland, the Ospelts set off on a journey to bring Swiss cafe charm from their youth to their new alpine home by creating the Zuri Coffee experience in Truckee, CA.
Werner has a long tradition in retail and community building. He has served as a general manager and owner of a supermarket chain having brought many innovations to market. Esther has deep family roots in the fine arts and is an honored graduate of the interior design academy in Switzerland.
