My friends and I was in town on a girl’s trip and Majestic 7 was highly recommended. We had Brunch there and the food, customer service, live music and cigars was excellent. This place is where it’s at!!! The service was beyond!! The Owner was so hands on so respectful, so generous, just an overall great guy!! We had an awesome time at his place the photos is an understatement of the vibe of this atmosphere!!! They go over and beyond for everyone………Now let’s talk about those drinkssssss baby that bartender had me looseeeee he was so sweet and kept those drinks rolling out! I mean everyone loved their drinks! The servers were amazing as well they had over 40 people and kept those plates rolling on out and let’s talk about timeeeeeeee!!! No long waiting period at all!! Loved the vibes, great b-boy 80s music the evening we attended. The food was delicious and authentic. We ordered the 1/2 fried chicken w/collard greens & mac & cheese as well as the Cajun pasta with snapper (I believe). For me it was the -no pork- in the greens! Definitely will be back to enjoy a Sunday Brunch.

Horrible night out! Never received my food and our guest food came out randomly. I had to eat other people food. And most our guest weren’t satisfied with their food. Music was good so we danced a little. Nice waitress but everything else is all hype

I haven’t the slightest clue why this place has good reviews because the food was absolutely disgusting. My fiance and I left so dissatisfied. The only thing I can say nice about this establishment is that the waitress was so nice. We ordered the following items Cajun shrimp pasta, crab cakes, Coconut shrimp, and wings with fries. The Cajun pasta was spicy with no flavor and only 4 shrimps were on it, the crab cakes were just 3 little balls on a plate and once again had no flavor. The side of fries are not worth 5 bucks they were no better than McDonald’s fries. The wings were gummy and lackluster, the Coconut shrimp tasted like the ones you get from the frozen section in the store and heat up. There is no drink menu either.This place was such a disappointment for us because we expected a nice night out and left hungry and upset. Then they have the nerve to include 18% gratuity. Waste of money.

I will get to the other food and service, but do not miss out on their mac and cheese. I would literally just come back for it. It was one of the better ones I’ve ever had. Our meal here was overall fabulous. The ambience is really great. They had a DJ playing classic R&B and other hits while enjoying drinks and appetizers. We tried two different wine spitzers, I had a sour wine spitzer and I really enjoyed it. I enjoy sour drinks so it was right up my alley. The zesty chili lime wings were really good, a different twist on fried wings. It was nice to have a different flavor profile for wings. We also ordered the coconut shrimp and they were just ok.They are trying something new corn muffins with honey butter on the table and YES they need to keep it!! Excellent addition. We ordered fried chicken with two sides, shrimp and grits, and the cajun pasta with chicken. Everything was good. But the stars were the collard greens, mac and cheese, and the grits. The shrimp on the grits were good, as well as the fried chicken, but both could have used more seasoning. The cajun pasta needed more cajun flavoring and sauce, but was still good. Overall, the service was great. Jesse our server was attentive and prompt. As usual though as with most soul/southern restaurants there was a longer wait for our entrees. We will be back and tell people about this restaurant. They have a nice size bar, as well as a really nice patio with tv’s and lounge vibes. They really fill a void needed in this area.

Atmosphere was definitely lit!!!! I didnt enjoy the food as much. Nothing really had flavor. And the service started out good until we had gotten our checks that had things we didnt order and then had added gratuity in which we were unaware and added even more on top of. If I could give the a negative stars I would! This was a birthday party we had a reservation. The tables were ready when we arrived but the waiter was not. As we started to arrive and be seated menus were passed out randomly. Orders were taken randomly. Food came out randomly. We had guests that received all their food 30+ minutes before other guests. Some guests didn’t receive their food at all. Food came out prepared wrong. Guests declined missing food at the end of the evening as everyone had finished. This seems to anger the waiter. The waiter was advised of these issues and his response was “I’m sorry you are upset but no one is right here I’m just the waiter I’m not right your not right “ further along the night when he started bringing checks he had the checks mixed up and became visibly angry. His chest was puffed out along with veins popping out of his head and neck. He was asked to calm down and relax. I said directly to him it’s cool we will get it figured out but you need to relax and stop puffing your chest at my sister. He then walked off, when he returned he started giving the wrong cards to the wrong guests. Luckily there were only 2 other tables there and they had just received their food so he was only mixing up cards for our table. And yes there was only 3 tables ours being the biggest with about 15 guest. The bar tender did try to help with drinks and checks. The manager was no help at all! Outside of putting the cake in their refrigerator for us he sat in a corner reading a book the entire time. All and all very poorly managed and extremely poor waiter. The food was extremely hit or miss. You could order the same meal as 10 people and everyone’s food will taste different but everyone’s food won’t taste good. I would not recommend trying this place on a Sunday. We went because we were advised by some that it had great food and service. I can’t speak to what Saturday is like but I can definitely say on Sunday they know they are not going to be busy and the prepare for that by scheduling the worst of the worst. Literally the best thing I had was the soda from the Bar Tender and I gave her my card to pay so she gave it right back. Outside of her Sunday seems like the absolute worst if worst!
