Stopped in to grab breakfast after a long night at work. Don’t usually go to this one, usually stop at the Barre, VT. Ordered a SEC bagel. They put onions on my bagel so I returned to the store immediately going back through drive thru. The girl at first window asked me what was the issue. I told here there were onions on a sandwich that doesn’t get onions. She told me she would go ask them to remake it and to drive forward. There was a car in front of me. Mind you I worked at McDonald’s as a teen/young adult so I know how long it takes to make this sandwich. I get up to the next window and the “guy” at the window comes over opens the window and asked what my order was. Yet again I say SEC bagel minus the onion. He walks away then 2 minutes later comes over and tells me I’m gonna have to park. I informed him I wasn’t parking this was there mistake. He tells me I need to do what his manager says. I informed him no I don’t. He walked away again. Mind you at this point there has been plenty of time to remake this sandwich. He comes over and asks for the other sandwich back. I said fine whatever. Rule of thumb I was always taught. Once food goes over the counter or out the window it’s not supposed to got back over that line. He then ripped the bag from my hand when I heard his manager tell him to throw it away. 3-4 minutes later he came handed me my new sandwich and told me like I was a child do as your told next time and listen and pull forward. I think from here on out o will stick to going with my normal routine and not go to the McDonald’s in my local town.
