First time ever getting food here. I ordered a pizza and a grinder delivery, over 2 hours waiting for my food before I had to figure out the issue myself. No communication, no nothing explaining a delay. Instead, I get cold food that looks like it’s been sitting for over an hour and a half. Utterly disgusting, as a first impression, I’ll never come here again. Even Domino’s would have been better.

Usually will recommend this place however the other night we had placed an order using slice, when we went to pick up the order wasn’t even started. Our pizzas were rushed and practically falling apart. There was no distribution of toppings and we were left with a soggy mess.

Not only is all of their food consistently good, their service is wonderful as well. We ordered through the Slice app for the first time tonight and there was a miscommunication between the app and the restaurant and we were sent the wrong pizza. After calling Hitchcock Pizza, they quickly sent out a new pizza free of charge. They have great pizzas, sandwiches and appetizers and are always quick and courteous. I would highly recommend Hitchcock Pizza to anyone looking for a great pizza place.

Last time I ordered a steak grinder which was followed by severe stomach issues could have been a coincidence so next evening tried the calzone maybe 3,4 bites but there was an odd taste to the sauce as if it had an odd spice or bottom had burned anyway again same result severe stomach issues followed by bleeding. Havent ordered since and no more health issues.Could have been a coincidence or new cook all I know is I’ve eaten their pizza over last few years with no problem but as sick as I was, if not for covid I would have gone to hospital, I will never try them again.

Their individual slices cost more than most places and they are rather thin at $2 each so imagine a box of 6 -12 slices. Small eating area and none of the tables were wiped down. Can and bottle bin filled to the max along with the trash bin as well. Positive is they prepared the pizza rather quickly.
