A great experience! They atmosphere and staff were amazing. Staff is very cheerful and made our visit very welcoming. Chicken was very tender. Potatoes were very good! I ordered steak medium and mine was excellent. If you are fussy possibly order a notch up on (Ie medium order medium well)

The place was packed when we got here (Around 7:45pm) We were seated promptly, our waitress took our drink order and set out plates for bread (1 plate had food stuck to it still so she got us a clean one) After we got our drinks we placed our order, it was so loud around us that she had a hard time hearing us place our order and we had to yell. After our order was placed we had to ask a separate waitress to fond our waitress so we could get bread (our favorite part) Bread was served shortly after, but was room temperature at best. Our appetizer came out and it was good. Soon after, our food came out. I ordered the sirloin medallions which was supposed to come smothered with peppercorn sauce (and was not, it was on the side) It should have been served over a bed of seasoned rice (no rice was served). “ Fresh” vegetables were raw and hard/crunchy. My son ordered a burger well done and although he claimed it tasted fine, it looked like a smash burger. My husband ordered a half slab of ribs w fresh veggies and mashed potatoes for sides: his ribs were literally COLD and the veggies were raw. Once our food was served our waitress didn’t even come check on us to ask how it was, we had to (once again) summon another waitress to go get our waitress and the assistant manager came over and we explained how unsatisfied we were with our meals. Both meals were corrected, however I was extremely surprised to see no compensation on the bill. We love the Novi location and Brighton is MUCH closer to us but we definitely won’t be coming back to this location!

This is a very enjoyable themed restaurant. We came in on a Monday evening for my mom’s birthday and it was much busier than I expected. I’m glad that we used the waitlist featured that’s available by calling up or online.

typically have bad good experiences at TRH places, but the new location maybe still having some growing pains but ate dinner tonight and the steaks were good, but the rest of the items were not. The salads we ordered seemed to be about half the size as last time we ate there and had to pick out some bad lettuce. Rolls were also undercooked. Server was doing the best she could but can tell she was overwhelmed.

My friend had steak and he said it was good. I had ribs and they came cold. They were taken back to get heated, after they were dry and no extra BBQ sauce was added. They also got a fair bit tougher after the heating. All the sides were good.

Stopped in after shopping at Costco since it was right there. Salads were nice and fresh. Hot rolls and flavored butter didn’t disappoint. I ordered a filet medium and it came out rare, pretty raw. I wasn’t sending it back, have heard too many horror stories. Took it home and after heating in the microwave the next day the kids said it was fine. Kids had sirloins and they ordered medium well and that is what they got. Very loud atmosphere. Lots of staff, hopefully that level of service keeps up after the novelty of the new restaurant wears off. I like a good steak and don’t mind paying more for a quality piece of meat. This was a pretty inexpensive steak and the quality reflected the price. If I was to return I probably would order something other than steak but then why go to a steak place?

Cheap steak, you get what you paid for applies here. if you like salt this is the place to salt up. So disappointed we thought how great a restaurant we could go to easily and near. We did not appreciate our heart attach ready to serve foods. I wonder why Americans are so overweight, so sad. Just watch the clientele that go here, and you will know.

The wait was worth it. It took a long time to sit down, but once we did we were served quickly. The rolls…yep the best. The food was very good. I got a steak and I am picky. It was worth it. Cooked to a nice medium rare and cut easy. The rest of the family’s food was good as well. Good options for kids. We will go again…just know that we will have to wait as clearly it is popular and delicious!
