Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. The sourdough for the base is the chariot that takes this meal to the heavens. This is one of those pizzas that you always eat the crust because it’s as good as the rest of the pie. Simple is better. The margarita pizza is my fav. Then you find out that they have tacos with home made tortillas. The carnitas tacos are unbelievable. Eat this food now, you will not regret it. Always a must anytime I’m on the big island

My first time there at about 3 pm in the afternoon and it was a really good gourmet pizza. I got “The Whole Hog” which was all meat. It was a nice meal after a long, hard days work and everywhere around there stopped serving food at 2 pm, which was surprising to me for a hustling town like Waimea.

Great little place. We usually go for breakfast. They used to make a wonderful breakfast burrito with spinach, mushrooms and potatoes. Wish they put that one back on their menu. They also have wonderful fresh bread.

They do offer Vegan cheese! You can make your own vegan pizza by selecting toppings or make any pizza on the menu vegan. The only downside is that they only offer one size – 18″.

Used to be great pizza, Now super thin and weighs nothing. Crust so thin it’s like it isn’t there. I prefer a robust pizza and this no longer is. No longer my choice in Pizza in the Waimea area. Even (ugh) Little Caesars is better.

Literally the best sourdough pizza ever. I’m from San Francisco and decided to try this place out for my daughter…. I got tacos from next door. I’m not sad about the tacos but I will be going back to Pau for pizza. I tried some of my daughter’s piece and she didn’t let me have any more. She was obsessed!
