Went in to pick up an order and not a single person in the whole store had gloves on. The man cutting a pizza in the back slid the pizza too far with the pizza cutter and then with his bare hands grabbed the half of the pizza and slid it back towards the middle and shut the box. The way he just grabbed it like that I thought it was his personal pizza he was making or something but then he put it on the shelf for someone to pickup. Pretty disgusting honestly. On top of that people were coming in behind me telling the employees that they ordered delivery over an hour ago and still haven’t received there order. My order also took a little over an hour and had little to no flavor and wasn’t even warm. Guess they had my pizza just sitting on the shelf while my other items weren’t made yet. Not sure if got new management or what.

Ordered online, and the order was cancelled immediately. We tried calling the store, but no one picked up. We were curious if the store was even open, so we drove to Domino’s, and it turned out they were open. They had cancelled our order because there was only one person working, and he had an order of 28 pizzas. He was super nice, and gave us a huge discount. He even offered us a free 2-liter drink. It was refreshing to see such kindness and effort to make things right with our order! ☺️

I ordered Domino’s today got my two medium pizzas delivered with two topping so I can always get one with bacon one with pepperoni the other with pineapple and mushroom with extra cheese I got the pizza with a bacon and pepperoni my friend said it looks good I open mine up and I had five mushrooms probably 10 pineapples and no extra cheese called talk to them ask them what we could do the girl said we could do a redo on your pizza and have it delivered to you I saw that would be nice I waited an hour nobody showed up she said the manager said they weren’t doing reduce that we could do a credit very disappointed in dominoes I had my daughter here so now we go hungry because you all messed up on a pizza now my daughter has to wait till I get some extra to get her another Pizza instead of it being credited and she will be hungry now thank you

Very disappointed with quality, food and care. Have had issues with our orders back to back. Last week we received the wrong order (order was not checked before leaving the store). They were apologetic and gracious in giving a credit. Knowing we had the credit, we ordered again this evening by phone. Sadly this evening one of the dishes a build your own, was missing ingredients. Quality certainly was below standards as to what we’ve received before. Food was not checked before cooking/upon completion. Very disappointed that this is the second time and repeat service in a row that there were errors. I declined any credits and replacements. I certainly hope they fix this issue. Shall not be using again.

Found a hair in my pizza and I called the store to tell them to becareful with the food. But the lady that answered the phone hung up immediately after listening to me. Very disappointed with how she handled this issue. Would not recommend.

Called from Boston Kentucky I was on hold the entire time until I drove up in front of the store and finally got an answer from them . Wet and ran another errand until the pizza was done and then when I did pick it up you can see from the picture it was burnt. When I ride at the store I figured they’d be busy making pizzas nobody was making pizza one guy was on his cell phone and other person was in the back Room

Placed a delivery order and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait, that was fine. We checked our order on the tracker and it showed it was in quality check. After waiting 2 and a half hours when I checked the tracker again it said order had been cancelled. We then called the store to ask why we weren’t called about our order being cancelled and the manager said “oops, we goofed”. Completely unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate.
