I love a good Buffalo chicken pizza and have been meaning to try this place for years. Finally had that opportunity yesterday when I got done with work early. I ordered a large Buffalo chicken pizza and it came to $22.63 (expensive, but I’ve seen worse). I opened the box and although, it looked amazing there was lots left to be desired. The pizza was a little floppy and kind of tasteless. You wouldn’t know there was hot sauce on there and the Ranch which is what they are also known for was average to me. The chicken on the pizza looked and tasted like little popcorn chicken that was microwaved then thrown onto the pizza at the end. I’m not saying it was terrible, but certainly far from the best and I’d probably have no reason to return here. If you want a good Buffalo Chicken pizza try Mineos or Montecellos or Ali’s Upper Crust in New Castle.

This pizza place is gooooood!!! A bit pricey for local pizza place but the taste of perfection is well worth the few extra dollars. The wings are absolutely delicious! I always make sure to buy a bottle of their homemade ranch dressing! Employees aren’t the most personable but they do their jobs! Restaurant is always clean and well stocked. I appreciated the community support Shaler signage! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I made an online order for pick up at a specific time two hours away. when I arrived at the exact time, there was no one at the counter. There was one man making pizza, gloves on, hands covered in Buffalo chicken and no one else. I quietly waited until he realized that I was on there. When he did, he yelled “Are you all on smoke break? What are you all doing back there?” At that time two people, male and female, emerged from the back. Both stopped to acknowledge the pizza maker before they noticed me. I spoke to a male who my receipt tells me was Steve. Steve retrieved my food from the back wordlessly. To my surprise he brought a pizza box, not letting me know that they use pizza boxes to contain the chicken. I had to dig around and find that out myself. The rest of my order was contained in a sealed brown paper bag.

Their food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered wings, pizza, and mozz sticks from them. Never recieved the mozz sticks and the wings were chewy and rubbery. The pizza was soggy and greasy. Never ordering here again.

3 stars for employment. whoever is looking for a job here, word of caution, becareful with the young man manager . This person does not have common sense and aberrant condition. There were good employees and all the fun we had. That manager just ruin it all.. When will the owner and the other leaders finally get it? Time will tell.

We have been going here for years, mostly for their wings. A couple weeks ago we ordered them, and were surprised to say the least. They changed the wings so they are now literally the size of a quarter, I didn’t even know wings came that small. I called to ask if we can get another order fixed because we know what their usual wings should be, and the manager said the wings are now “pathetic”, that he knows, apologized on behalf of the owners but said “there is nothing we can do.” We will miss the ranch dressing, but don’t have plans of ever going back with the service we got this last time. I used to recommend you guys, this is sad, but we will go elsewhere for pizza and wings.

We have ordered Frank’s many times over the years and have always had good customer service and good pizza, but the last 5-10 times we have ordered pizza, it has come to us with a burnt underside. When we called to say something we were originally offered a new pizza, but upon telling whoever we spoke to on the phone that we had eaten a slice and tasted the burnt underside we were told “Well I’m not going to send you a new pizza if you’re going to eat the burnt one.” Who looks at the underside of a pizza prior to biting into it? And if we had gotten the new pizza we were offered, were you going to take the burnt one back? I’ve worked in the food service and you don’t take food back. That’s not sanitary. It’s a shame. Frank’s used to be a great place to get great pizza. But I don’t think we are going to give it another try for how expensive Frank’s Pizza is. Guess the moral of the story is, check the underside of your pizza before you take a bite!

I always have ordered Frank’s.. however I think I’ll be looking for a new place. I understand places are understaffed. They get busy. However I placed an order yesterday. Was told 45 minutes for delivery. One hour later….two hours later still no food. After two calls into the shop I was told the driver has my order and is on the way. Took an other 20 minutes to get my food. Once it arrives it’s completely cold. I had to re heat my paid for pizza and breadsticks in my oven!!!!
