Placed our order and went outside. The food never came out and so I went in and found our order was wrong and sitting on the counter. The cashier decided to argue with me rather than admit his mistake when I pointed it out. A Latino kiddo who was super sweet overheard the conversation and walked up, asked what we ordered, fixed it, and brought it out to us. The food he made was perfect. He needs a promotion!!! Unfortunately the kid in the back who made the first round of food, barely filled the taco shells enough to even get a bite of meat. In addition to bad service and food, the restaurant was filthy. One bathroom was broken and the other was unspeakably dirty with muddy floors, a bandaid on the ground, TP everywhere and the toilet . Management needs to spend more time here or just shut this place down.

Food is always delicious here, as delicious as fast food can be. The place is always clean, and that’s always a plus! They have a little outdoor spot where you can enjoy the weather and views on a nice sunny day! The staff her have always been friendly and knowledgeable, always sounding pleasant over the mic in the drive-through and greeting you with a smile as you pull up to pay and get your food.

Looks like a brand new store to me every table was dirty the floor was dirty, and one kid in the back was making more noise than anybody, and nobody was cleaning up. Some guy walks up to the counter stands there for a few minutes looking for a fork they hand him a whole bundle of them, and say, would you please put them in the cup for us. That’s what you get when you leave school kids unsupervised.

Haven’t been to the bell in over 20 years don’t think I’ll be back. Had a Supreme taco. Seems like Supreme would mean it’s larger than a regular taco. Mine looked like a regular taco in size and content. There were no employees to talk to. Order from a kiosk. No napkins in holders. No employees to talk to.
