Had to go back two times through drive-thru just to get a double hamburger plain made correctly. The first one had everything on it when it was just supposed to have meat and bun and the second one meat patties were very very raw and undercook severely after paying $12.69 for one double hamburger meal and one small fry is absolutely ridiculous and a complete rip off. Went there this morning 5/12/19 and got biscuits and gravy and they did not cover the biscuits with gravy. Girl told me I should have ordered extra gravy and they only put two ladles on it. I asked when did they stop covering the biscuits with the gravy and the lady said we don’t cover them because that is how they are supposed to be. I asked since when since they are called biscuits and gravy? She said that is just how they do it! See pic below! I WON’T Be Back! Idiots I Swear!!! I don’t have this problem with Columbus Dairy Queen. I was so Mad!!! For 13.00 you should be getting them covered!!! Where are the Managers of this place??? Responded to other reviews , but not mine.
