I will be reporting this restaurant to a health department, The worst customer service ever I never have been more disrespected by a local business owner. The owner refused to serve me, because of a misunderstanding of a previous order… very unprofessional. I ordered spaghetti with sausage (well done) when I got my order I cut open my sausage and it was completely pink and only cooked on the outside. When I returned the food back to the owner he gave me my refund with no problem. Today On the other hand I tried ordering here again, to give them another chance and when I called over the phone and pulled up to come get my order, The owner remembered me and refused to give me my order because of our last transaction which was completely unprofessional. The food sucks anyways, and they lack flavor I wouldn’t waste your time ordering.

Delicious food but a lazy worker on November 24, 2020…45 minutes before they supposedly close, while I was out front, must’ve called at least 10 times and got no answer. I could clearly see someone washing pans and just wouldn’t answer the phone, wouldn’t look when I knocked on the window and tried opening the door. If you’re not going to take orders 45 minutes before close, turn your lights and the OPEN sign off. Just unbelievable.

Ordered for the first time due to finding a gift certificate in my desk. Although gift card was from years ago the owner would not honor it. He actually claimed I faked it and printed it myself. He took my gift card and threw it away even when I asked for it back. I informed him I was a local educator and would never have our school order from him. He said fine! His demeanor and professionalism was rude. Surprised he is still in business. I would give 0 stars if I could!

Went for a slice. They had a few slices out of view, so I didn’t know that they were stale. Got sausage on one, pepperoni on the other. They just place the toppings on top, and heat it up, so the toppings don’t get heated through, and they don’t mesh with the pizza. I’ve had $1 slices in Manhattan that we’re better. Never again.

I went to pazzo pizza to order a simple broccoli pizza- as specified under their ‘specialty pies’ section. After a 35 minute wait (in which the worker told me 20 minutes) I arrive home just to open a regular plain cheese pizza with large, unchopped chunks of broccoli on the pizza. I don’t know who eats such thing. I was expecting a white pizza with ricotta cheese, Parmesan, and olive oil/herbs as the description entails. Safe to say I will never be dining at pazzo pizza again.
