This is one of my favorite restaurants. Not just in Franklin but ever. The staff is unbelievably kind. We have been patrons for years and they always recognize us when we come in and treat us like friends as well as customers. The environment is always calm and quiet as opposed to many of the places around here that are super noisy. The food is absolutely out of this world. The golden cups are a favorite of mine. All the sauces are very complementary. The Tom yum is incredibly flavorful. The yellow curry is a really generous portion so I always end up with delicious leftovers. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and really represents thai culture. I’ve celebrated my birthdays here a few times as well and they have been incredibly kind. Definitely a gem

I ordered the Drunken Noodles and was so disappointed. This is one of my favorite dishes at other Thai restaurants but the rice noodles were mushy and the dish tasted like it had bbq sauce in it. Will not order from here again.

We LOVE Pepper Terrace!!! Their food is SOOOOO GOOD, and they are so nice, every time we go in there!! We highly recommend it!! Tonight, we got chicken satay, shrimp pad thai, chicken mossman curry, some tom jar soups, mango milkshakes – all of it was delicious!!!! And served with a smile!! Definitely visit Pepper Terrace! You will not be disappointed!!

Food is pretty good but certain food items have increased so much that it’s not worth buying. The volcano chicken is like most other places but are now charging 22 dollars for the dish and pad Thai for 18 or 19 compared to about 12-15 at every other place.

We love pepper terrace! I have a gluten allergy that they cater very well to. Highly recommended for anyone with celiac disease, I just wish the menu online had the same allergen information as the paper takeout menu.
