Every time I go to the Burger King in DeFuniak Springs lately I get so angry!! Tonight is the final straw, I will NOT be back. This is the second time in one week that I have left without food. The first time, there was only 4 cars in the drive thru but i waited 25 minutes and never got to order so I left. Tonight, they were only serving chicken. (Yes, at Burger King). I know this is a tough time for the hospitality industry. We are all trying to be patient. Please Do Better!

My daughter and I went through the drive through just before 9pm. We waited for 15 mins for the vehicle in front to get served. Then when we got to the order screen we were asked to wait for another 3 to 5 mins. We watched 3 other vehicles leave the line without ordering. Ordered and again had to pull up and wait for 12 to 15 mins. The order was correct and fresh, yet the onion rings were only half filled. There were no napkins in the bag. The employees were all very polite! I am not sure if they were completely understaffed or what was wrong.

I always ordered a full meal there even when all I really wanted was a chocolate shake. 3 out of the last 5 times I tried to order a shake they said the machine wasn’t working. Guess I’ll have to wait for Arbys to get on Doordash.
