I love very close and ordered delivery due to car trouble. The pizza was made correct but very cold when it finally arrived. Apparently it was with other deliveries that were further away and more convenient for the driver to make me last then give me quality.

1st order was canceled. Store manager not knowing why. My kids at home was waiting for the food but no food was delivered. Luckily my dad was home so he made something else for them. They told me that they will credit me $25 to my account. That sounds wonderful, right? Not really they did not.

The food is wonderful… could use a little more toppings, however… but, otherwise the pizza always tastes great. The service on the other hand, is horrible…particularly when they are quite busy. The order time provided by the app is inaccurate. We waited over 30 minutes at the store, after being notified that our pizza was ready for pick up. When we walked into the restaurant, we were told that our pizza works be out of the oven in just a few minutes… which was not correct… they have more even started making it. Albeit, when our order did arrive, it was quite hot… so, the pizza had not been sitting in a warmer the entire time. As a result, half the groceries in the car were ruined… since the temperature was over 100 degrees. So, this trip cost us much more than the price of a pizza. Had we have been told the trurh… that our order was not prepared, we would have taken the groceries home and returned later. This should have been ac quick trip in and out, as we arrived 5 minutes after being notified that our order was ready.

Mixed performance. Not so good sometimes. The online system is worse than ever and provides no feedback on even whether the order is complete. No tracker. No info. My most recent order was fully placed but there was no food at the store when I arrived. Too late to fix it so I found better options for dinner.

We usually love ordering from this location, but the last couple times our pizza was not as good. This last time may have pushed us to not order again. Thin crust edges were burnt to the point of inedible. Our hand tossed crust was a step above thin & neither pizza were hot.

Love this Pizza Hut location. Staff is so incredible. Picked up a to go order tonight and had a small issue the GM quickly resolved with over the top Customer Service. The staff puts the customers first which is rare to find these days.
