Arby’s has changed. Today they were out of beef and au jus dipping sauce at around 9:15pm. . So I got fish sandwiches because they used to be good. I can no longer recommend this place nor their fish sandwiches. They thinned the fish by half of what it used to be, the bun is still huge but now overpowers the fish, they barely put any tartar sauce on only one side of the thick bun with old lettuce, and to add insult to injury, it was also cold!!! Why did I have to wait 10 minutes to get 2 cold, thin fish patty sandwiches? Disgusting.

Demarcus answers the phone , i ask may i speak to a manager , mngr gets on the phone i ask may i have her name ? She ignored my question and TOLD me to call back in at 2:30 (its 10:03 )because shes to busy and then HUNG UP IN MY FACE … she didn’t know if i was from a different store … she didnt know if i was district manager she didnt care. never got her name but shes a Mexican lady Strong accent worked this morning 8-8-23 Opening manager. i will be do a follow up with the company.. Ive been in the fast food industry for 13 years and it has to stop placing people who are just there for a check in managing positions.. it makes the work place unstable and customers will not come back .. P.s. i was calling about a manager position and i had a quick question about the tax form part of it .. but after that experience i wouldnt work for that lady if my Rent was due … But Good luck and lets TRY to be better .

Place has been going downhill for years. Today was them wanting to argue with me how much I owed. They told me on the intercom $10.96 then when I got to the window, $13 and some change. Proceeded to explain to me with an attitude that the $10 was before tax, and asked if I had a large drink. I didn’t, I had a medium, but her mistake didn’t stop the attitude. Turns out they forgot to add my medium on, then just charged a large for whatever reason. Original $10.96 receipt was stuck to the bag, had to ask for the $13 dollar receipt. Food is overpriced for what it is, but not bad. Just pricey.

We came here at night and it took 30 minutes literally 30 minutes to get our food in the drive thru we only got a sandwich. It was wrong. When they finally did bring the food the guy basically threw it in the window while yawning. Will not be back to this location.

The staff is friendly. The food is decent. Prices are a tad high. The only real complaint is being asked to pull forward (even when no one is behind us). Perhaps if the order was going to take a while it would be fine, but often times we pull forward and they come out almost immediately. That just forces the staff to waste their time walking to my car..
