Food was okay and service was really slow. The spring rolls appetizers were tasty and fresh, but the fried ones were awful. One of our orders was not ready till halfway through our meals! The Pad Thai had more noodles than chickens or other veggies in it. The chicken congee was diluted and thin. The winner was the beef salad which was better even though it was the last one to be served.

I have tried Pho 21. Pho #1 and pledged I will never try Pho ever in Indy. I love Pho and decided to give another try. Pho Saigon is the best amongst these mentioned. But passable as it was low profile but good thing it was not high on salt , I had beef Pho. Soup was quite less in quantity. I had to ask for additional which the establishment complied and I appreciate it. It was hot and tasted OK. I did not like crushed black pepper, it made it murkier. Meat was enough, noodles were too clamped. Over all passable. My wife ordered Thai style curry, it was bland but it was good, and chicken was Costco rotisserie shredded, vegetable rice spring rolls were below par. Fried spring rolls were below par. When I walked in at 4 pm on a Saturday, it was empty, waitress was prompt and friendly. Place looked well kept and neat. Very nice ambience and formal dinning room touch. Decor is nice.

Excellent service and customer experience. Went with a large group during lunch and we were able to order in advance and the food was ready for us when we arrived. Food was hot and fresh. Delicious dumplings and rolls. Everything we ordered we incredible. Can’t wait to return to try more.

First time diner. It was good! I ordered Pho and two egg rolls which come with peanut sauce. It was all good. They give you more toppings than other places. My buddy ordered a rice dish. His portion was big! The waiter was friendly and we were never out of drinks. Great place if you are in the area!

Quick and easy Vietnamese. Good taste and friendly service. Reasonable prices for the volume and quality. Big menu of traditional favorites plus bubble teas. Try #3 soft shrimp fresh roll or # 78 cold noodles with bbq pork a d egg rolls. Spacious dining room so good for families and groups. Plenty of easy parking.
