I received burned cold pizzas and wilted lettuce that was supposed to be a Cesar salad no dressing no croutons no cheese when I called the manager said well that’s not a surprise grub hub delivered them so I asked if they cooked the pizzas and assembled the salads her answer was I cooked the pizzas and no surprise about the salads I can see what’s going out of here I asked if she knew that it was her responsibility to make sure that the quality was impeccable she said well it’s been a stressful day so ya know what I’ll just give you your money back ok? Just let it go! Move on Mam!

Pizza is definitely delicious. The staff tonight though… took about 35 minutes to bring us a couple of slices. The younger guy working was definitely not comfortable working the shift, you could tell he’s new and wasn’t getting any direction from the lead guy working. The young lady Allison working was such a sweetheart and made sure me &my daughter were all set, I was going to leave and eat in car because it was past their closing time 8:30. But we ordered the slices at 7:45! Thank you Allison for not making us feel rushed !!

Very disrespectful manager terrible delivery drivers. The manager stole money from us and cancelled the order for no reason don’t order delivery from here pick up or don’t apply for a job Haverhill one is better these guys are clueless.also they are clueless and the delivery driver needs to grow balls because we said the order was wrong and we said it very politely but yet he whines and complains to the manager and lies.

Picked up a large pizza order for a birthday. It was ready on time, it was hot, and the two people working there on a Saturday morning were friendly. I used the bathroom and it was clean and when I came out my pizzas were on the counter for me. Delicious PG pizza as always!

This is a mixed review. The food was hot and delicious! Staff were friendly and helpful and the dining room was bright, neat, clean and it had nice music playing. For this I would give a 4 star review; HOWEVER, my husband said the men’s room was sooooo bad that he had to hold his nose and go quickly! I thought he may have been exaggerating a bit. After we were done, I went to the women’s room. DISGUSTING!!!! Towel fixture was hanging off the wall, soap dispenser was filthy, floor and sink was also filthy! The worse part was the toilets!
