Have been here many times but tonight changes that. My shrimp was soft and not fully cooked. When I brought it to the waitresses attention she went into the kitchen. A gentlemen came out and stuck a probe in it and told me it was fine. But he did redo the order which came back and this time it was cooked properly. However there were other issues such as they did not have coleslaw which is part of the full meal. The rye bread was hard, the potatoe pancakes were greasy and my sister’s wallye was greasy as well. I did relay this to a waitress. We got our bill and paid it. As I was leaving the previous gentlemen approached me to tell me how to order my shrimp next time. I told him that I did not appreciate how he treated me at the table and I also told him that I have been here many times and have had the shrimp and it was fine. I tried to mention the other issues and he said I’m done with you” and walked away. How rude!

Great place with great staff and food garlic cheese curds were the best. Easily accessable from kettle moraine horse back trails. We stop every time we camp at kettle moraine.

First time I’ve been here. Our food was ready in no time! It was good, our friends order got messed up but it was resolved. I loved the horses. I even had ice cream!! It’s a fun place.

A cool place to stop for a drink or bite to eat, and say hi to the horses. Although we didn’t stay long, the food did look and smell delicious. Next time I’m in the area, I’d love to go back and give it a try.
