The girls working behind the counter could not be more unfriendly! Pizza was fine. Garlic/salt shakers hard as rocks. But the unfriendly staff was so unpleasant and my group ate as fast as possible just to get away from the situation. Also would it kill you to wipe down tables? Never going back.

My family and I gave up ordering from here but since our usual spot is closed on mondays, we decided to give Pennachios another try since it’s been a while. I ordered three pies and a dozen garlic knots. The pizzas were soupy and had no flavor whatsoever. And it’s not even an exaggeration. The garlic knots were undercooked and had to be thrown away. Such a waste of money.

The counterperson greeted me once I opened the door and was very friendly. I ordered a Linguini with white clam and got the stuffed mushroom appetizer. Quite possibly the best linguini clam sauce I’ve had!! And the stuffed mushrooms were tasty too. Great place

I recently moved to the Manorville area on the Island and came in to check out the pizza situation at Pennachios. Ordered a buffalo chicken slice and a half sausage, half plain pie to go and soda. The buffalo chicken slice was phenomenal and that is no exaggeration. Thick bits of chicken in a spicy but not too hot sauce and crust that even if you throw away your crust, youd eat it. The pie was amazing! Thank you for being my new pizza spot! See you soon.

PLEASE accept this as constructive criticism, as I am only hoping it will help you improve. When you first opened, I came in personally to tell you how yours was the best pizza I had tasted in years! Literally brought tears to my eyes, it was SO good! But as time has gone by, it has slowly evolved into a substandard product. Not enough sauce, not enough cheese, and for God sakes man, spread the toppings out to the edge of the pie! The last pie I got had at least 3 inches of space from the edge to where the sauce/ cheese begins. Hoping to bring this to the owner’s attention, my hubby stopped in to speak with him, but instead was met with a condescending counter guy who dismissed his complaint, and responded with a defense of “just how many pizzas we sell”, while refusing to get the owner who was “busy”. How disappointing. I guess you could say that this review was the only choice I had to voice my complaint. I hope this at least reaches the owner, because I would much rather you bring your pizza back to its former glory, than to see you fail. Here’s to hoping wishes actually DO come true… because boy, do I miss that awesome pizza you once had!

I gave up on this place years ago but gave it another try after having a particular pie at a friends house. Ordered that pie today and the grandma pie tasted stale and cold. It would be hard to convince me that this wasn’t a precooked pie with toppings added upon order. Tasted like pizza comes out when it’s been refrigerated and then microwaved. Also really couldn’t see much fresh mozzarella in this grandma pie. It was irregular. Completely done with this place.
