Girl working the counter was extremely rude!!!ordered a reg and a lg ham and cheese they were pathetic for $27.99 no meat no sauce asked if sauce was supposed to come on it she said it was on it!! I told her it was dry could I get more and she wanted to charge me!!! Absolutely not worth the money take it down the street!!!

Food is getting pretty pricey in general but my last visit was expensive. $32 for a large famous and medium drink for my 15 year old and regular steak and cheese with medium drink for me. Tack on $4 tip as they sit and watch you pay. And then my son said there was no sauce on his so he went back in and bought a $9 bottle. $45… ouch!

I had high expectations with the ratings and especially the ratings of the Philly cheesesteak so I ordered that. First of all the meat was so dry and there was very very little cheese. It tasted like eating a sub with dry meat and onions. That was it. Won’t order again

Going there for quite a while and have found this is the BEST Tubby’s Sub shop in the chain. The reason is the owners are ALWAYS there, and by the quality of the food and service it shows. The food is hot and fresh, and the place is clean. this is the only Tubby’s I will go into, and I have been to a lot of them.

Tried back in June and had overall bad experience, service, etc. 2 more visits this month to give a second chance and same results. Dry bread, hardly any meat despite the more steak claim, and overcharged me both times. Tried to charge me $.50 more for sub then online. $.50 for the dressing on the side. Got a text, not open till 1 after online order 1 day. Please see photos. Online order made 20 minutes before pick up time and just sitting on counter. Not under heat lamp. COLD STEAK SUB, Gross.Will contact Corporate about this.
