Service is horrible. Front cashier is pulling double duty as a waiter leaving him very overwhelmed. Took ten minutes for him to take our order, all the while another male employee is standing behind the bar doing nothing. We ordered fried mushrooms. That took forever too. Got an extremely small amount with spoiled ranch dressing. Pizza came in a timely manner and actually wasn’t bad

It’s getting to the point that pizza places only offer takeout, but this one still has a dining room and a bar. The old Rosatis was more of a neighborhood Italian restaurant, whereas tie new owners have set up a sort of sports bar. They don’t have the MLB package, so we couldn’t get the Cubs game on TV.

Not the same as the old restaurant. We been comin here since 2006. No lasagna no soups . Sad. 4 cheese penne. Finally came no sausage link that I asked for and then mixed it around. No noodles now I have to wait another 15 minutes while my daughter’s food gets cold.

This pizza place is amazing. We had a hard time finding a pizza that tasted as good as the pizza we grew up loving back east. This pizza makes it so that Arizona has good pizza! Pizza isn’t pizza without green olives! Green olives are available as topping here. Music playing was taking me down memory lane too. A very nice, relaxing environment that keeps me from getting too homesick over the years for family back east. Very friendly staff and clean environment. Good sized portions. Food served fresh and hot food comes out hot! Yum! Thank you Rosatis!

Our Happy Hour group is always trying new places, so here’s the report. The good: the patio is dog-friendly, the half-priced appetizers had generous portions and ours were excellent tasting. Drink sizes and tastes were mostly adequate. But… patio is small and crowded, and the service was very slow (common everywhere, these days). Margarita was essentially an $8 glass of lime juice, so no second. (“Fool me once…”) One of our group took home a pizza which took about 40 minutes to prepare and was so poor they threw out most of it. (Cheese and sauce not spread evenly, skimpy toppings.)

So disappointed! The pizza was absolutely horrible! Ordered a simple pepperoni and sausage well done. Soggy and no flavor. Should have bought a Digorno and saved $30! Will never be back.
