I’m wondering if people hired here ever have a training course, or do they just hand them the phone? I order the same pizza and frequently when I am in town working as we don’t have a papa Murphy’s where I live. It’s a different price EVERY time….which is weird. I ask and PAY for an extra topping but there isn’t even one piece of that on several pieces of pizza . 23 bucks for a pizza with no meat is kind of a rip off..

I’ve been ordering pizzas from here for the last 4 months because the Papa Murphy’s in Monroe (where I was getting our pizzas for the last 10 years) has been closed. The pizza’s from the Monroe location were always perfect but the Oregon location is awful. The pizza’s are dried out like they were made a week in advance. The thin crust is almost non existent. It is always so paper thin you can literally see through it. Very disappointing because my family has always loved Papa’s pizzas until the last 4 months. Really wish the Monroe location would figure out their staffing issues and open back up.

Absolutely great experience, I was waiting in my vehicle when one of the store’s supervisors Hunter Jackson brought me out my large thing crust pizza with mini pepperonis. I was pleasantly surprised to see him at my car window. Not only is the customer service great, but that was the best take and bake pizza I have ever eaten. The pizza was great, and the chees bread was top tier.

Love papa Murphys pizza but I have now had two experience s with this location that have been terrible. Fort time I ordered a pizza it took 35 minutes to get my order. Staff kept skipping my order to do orders of one pizza to get those orders out quickly. After asking for the ticket time, they realized I had been there for 35 min. Only to find when I got home that the pizzas were wrong. O gave them another chance and called in my order. I arrived 20 minutes after the order was places to find my pizza was not mad yet. I then waited another 15 min to get my pizza 🙁 the staff was friendly, but this experience was strike two.

I’ve been a Papa Murphy’s fan for many years. Glad the Oregon store was not my first experience. Twice now I’ve pre-ordered a pizza and arrived to find no pizza waiting for me. Last night the wait was long because the store had mishandled the order in front of me and had to deal with that. After finally being served I told Jeff, the store Assistant Manager; three times what I wanted. I was ultimately offered two pizzas although I had ordered one. Once that was straightened out and I left with the pizza I thought I had ordered… another surprise. My thin crust was not a thin crust at all. Two bad experiences in two visits is enough. Won’t be going back.
