What a stellar vegetarian meal. Greatly appreciated this mushroom bento box. Delicious crispy mushrooms, pickled vegetables, and very reasonable portions for the price. The rice was a little too dry, but that was my worst complaint. They also had some really great canned barrages from teakoe. The food hall is very noisy, but that’s to be expected.

I originally thought I was going the boring route and ordered myself the fried chicken sandwich. I watched as other customers came to grab their food and wanted to kick myself for not trying something more exciting. I was waiting to be disappointed however, I was wrong. My sandwich was nicely glazed and the chicken was crispy. I was not disappointed at all.

Whoa. This place has amazing food. We got the chicken sandwich and the Texas torta. Both were fantastic. The elote corn might be the best corn I’ve ever had in my life. It ain’t spa food but every calorie is well-earned.

I walked through the entire market and this place by far had the most inviting menu. I devoured every last bite of the Texas Torta. Not only was the bread perfect but so were the shoe string fries. The meat was juicy and the heat was perfect.

Incredible fried chicken sandwich. Very messy, but it’s the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The fingerling potatos were okay. Also I love the location so you can look at other little shops and get a coffee.

I enjoyed all the flavors at Lunch Boxx. I ordered the Market Bento Boxx with a side order of the rotisserie chicken. I would definitely order both of these items again. The Chile pickled cucumbers were crunchy and fresh. The tempura oyster mushrooms were out of this world delicious! They actually tasted so much like fried chicken that I had to double check that they were mushrooms. It was hefty portion of tender mushrooms under the crispy, crunchy fried tempura coating. The Tare sauce and the Ginger scallion sauce were perfect with this meal. I like that it was a healthy and fresh meal – something I would eat regularly. The rotisserie chicken was tender, moist and full of flavor. I can’t wait to try other items off the menu!

I’ve heard rave reviews, but the Shroom sandwich simply isn’t it. The oyster mushrooms were fried into oblivion and the seasoning of the sauce did little to salvage it. It was effectively thick fried breading in a bun. Don’t get this item and I’d suggest they remove it entirely. There are much better ways to have oyster mushrooms.
