Best Mexican food in Pueblo. Consistent quality. The green chili is the perfect texture and flavor. There’s attention to detail in everything. The rice and beans are better than any other place. Without a doubt, the best enchiladas, tostadas and tacos in Pueblo. The Monster Burrito is amazing!! This will be your new favorite place. Locally owned and operated for multiple generations.

Excellent friendly service. Good food with generous portions. Chicken is actually used here. If you research. The owners grandmother taught another business owner to make the tacos he would sell on Thursdays with rootbeer at his establishment. The recipes are all handed down from the grandfather and grandmother, who started this restaurant years ago. Chili Rellenos are nice and fluffy. They have. Vegetarian green chili. A good Mexican pizza. Tamales are made from scratch. The corn is ground on site. Then tuenrd into masa. Open mix night on Thursday in their Blue castus room.

This place was great, apparently we missed the rush which was good so we were able to take our time. The salsa served with the chips was very good, nice and thick with a touch of heat. I ordered avocado and pork burrito with mild green chili. The chili was VERY tasty and the pork was well cook and also delicious. It’s a little place that looks as if it been here forever but imo those are the best. It is located very close to the highway so it is very easy to get to. I will definitely make this a normal pit stop and you should too.
