My family had a great experience at Herraduras. We went on a Monday. Salsa flavors were good, prices were great, much lower than other restaurants. Large Peach Margarita special for $5. Delicious flavors all around. Would highly recommend.

Found this place on yelp while visiting for business. My co worker wanted to find a local restaurant. Our server was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious! I had the three dos xx shrimp tacos and my co worker had the beef tacos. If you like salsa, there is so many to choose from.

I had lunch at Herraduras after a medical appointment. Everything tasted great. The salsa is served warm and is delicious. The chips are thick and taste great. I had steak fajita Queso flameado and it was a little greasy but still tasted good. I will try a different dish on my next visit.

The food was fantastic and service was outstanding. I drive past it all the time and never knew it was there. Then a coworker told me try Herradurras. So glad I did, I’ll be back!

Got dinner to go for 3 people. 2 got fajitas and they were both pleased with them. 1 got something that they really didn’t care for but not due to the quality of food just taste preferences. Cheese dip was a little bland. Salsa was ok. Chips were crispy and fresh! Did have to wait at the front area for several minutes before anyone came to the front to help the small line that was there. They were not busy. Overall ok, would visit again…

I am very disappointed in them. we went for lunch and after and hour of waiting we had to get our food to go before it even came to the table because we couldn’t wait any longer. Food we not hot. the manager never even came out to our table to try to fix the issues or show his concerns. We not only didn’t get a discount ,but had to pay full price for our meals. I will not Return.

Went there to eat and didn’t get served. We sat there for 15min before we got salsa. No one came back to the table to offer drinks or take our order. We sat in a booth behind another table and they were serviced but they never came to ours. We ended up leaving.

The food was great once we received it. It was mid-afternoon on Friday, and it took the guy 15 minutes to seat us. There were numerous open tables. It then took another 15 minutes to get chips and salsa. The waitress was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. Once we got our food, it was very good. We couldn’t get refills or extra napkins.

Let me just say, this was a hidden gem!!! My dad is known for finding hole in the wall places that have great food, so I shouldn’t have been surprised when he brought me here, this place is so unassuming from the outside but boy did they have great food. When they brought the chips out I automatically knew the food was gonna be good. I’ve always said if a Mexican restaurant has the red and green mixed chips…it’s good lol. I got the Jackie or something like that, it was 3 courses. Tortilla soup, chicken tiga enchiladas with a mushroom cream sauce, beans and rice and a sopopilla for dessert. My dad got the Dos XX Shrimp tacos and said they were also very good. Oh and the sweet tea….best I’ve had in a long time. If your not sure about this place, your missing out, run don’t walk and try them out.

Best food period! Our go to place in Lufkin. Service is a little slow sometimes but everyone is very nice so that, along with the FANTASTIC food makes it worth the wait! (The salsa is on point to!)
