The hours are not accurate and are inconvient. we called ahead and said we would be there 20-30 minutes, and they said we could take it to go. We got there and they locked the doors and said they were closed 20 minutes before! During this interaction the person who opened the to tell us was really rude, and rolled her eyes at us knowing we were going to be here now. Besides from that, when you order food and get complimentary chips, they charge you for taking them home? What are you doing with the chips that are left? Reusing them? That is so gross and I’m literally never using the chips again because they are probably reused. All of the waiters except the manager guy are rude, and always act like they do not want you there and make you feel unwelcome. You should be happy you have customers.

Food was very good. Service was pretty good but had to ask for all refills etc and only gave us one refill of drink. Charged for all fill ups on salsa and for chips. We were unaware that this was a thing here as it was our first time. Expected to get as many refills as we needed without paying so much.

Whatever you do don’t get a steak. The alcoholic beverages are way overpriced. It’s Nickel and Dime city. They charge for chips and salsa and never tell you. Actually whatever you do don’t go here.

We have ate this restaurant plenty of times, and been a pretty loyal customer… The food is top notch – very good. Only 1 star, because they literally nickel and dime you at every turn. As of our last visit – Per Emmanuel – Additional chips and salsa cost EXTRA beyond the 1st basket? (what other Mexican restaurant anywhere does this? None). The waiters(Emmanuel & the girl (sister)) are super RUDE literally every single time we’ve ate here and I leave in a terrible mood. These people seriously need to learn better customer service, quit charging people for petty items; and I may change my review…

I was excited to see Agua Frescas on the menu and I ordered Horchata, only to be informed they do not serve Agua Frescas, which was disappointing. The lunch portions are very small but regular entrees are decently sized for not much more price-wise. They are very stingy on salsa, so prepare to ask for more every few minutes. I’m sad to say that the service is hit or miss. We have had decent, friendly male servers, however the female server we had seemed extremely annoyed to be asked for anything. She brought our food and set it down and asked if we wanted anything else, but didn’t even cone ask if everything was okay afterwards. We definitely didn’t feel welcome. She seemed aggravated when I flagged her down to refill my son’s soda despite the sodas being filled to the top with ice and costing $2.99 each. I like the location as we travel through the town regularly, and I love Mexican food, but I don’t know if I will return. We are good tippers, so I know that isn’t the problem. Overall it was disappointing.
