Remember when Chipotle prided themselves in serving you in a clean and tidy environment? I guess not anymore. Walked in tonight and found the serving area to be filthy. The server had long hair in his face without a hair net. The beverage area was so dirty. And the chips we got had burnt chips in the bag. We won’t be back for a long time for sure.

I ordered the steak fajita quesadilla meal with 3 sides and two bags of chips with guacamole. My quesadilla was dry and thin with barely any steak or veggies. There were 2 sides missing from my order. When I called to inform them; the young lady on the phone was rude and mumbled a website she said that I needed to go to in order to receive a refund. I asked her could I speak to a manager and she put me on hold and left me there. I’m never going back. This is a truly HORRIBLE location!!!

It is sad to say Chipotle isn’t the same the portions are far and few now. The flavor is still there but food wasn’t hot. Only one staff member was attentive and kind on our visit. They gave 4 chips for the kid’s chips and couple weeks ago the mall location filled the bag. I don’t know why the portions had to change and word to wise double meat isn’t double. If you say half and half the portion is the same without the upcharge. We paid for double meat on a bowl and came out with the same portion as no charge half and half. If you still want to give it a try at your own risk don’t expect a lot. The grilled peppers was out but the new Chicken Al Pastor is definitely worth it! Once I got back home heated my food the flavor is definitely there! I say that to say this if you can make your own do that but when your in a crunch don’t go at busy times and check to see how the setup looks before ordering.

If i could give this location negative stars I would. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Can never complete an online order on time. Placed order for 8:50pm pick up my food wasn’t being prepared until after 9:00pm. While standing there for almost 20 minutes waiting on my food not a single employee had the audacity to inform me they were out of literally every topping in my burrito bowl besides chicken and rice. They served me a bowl with chicken and rice only and did not say a single word about it. Checked my food before I left and asked why no one could tell me they were out of everything while I was waiting for 20 minutes. The response I received was “yeah sorry”. Maybe if my order was made at the correct time instead just preparing it 20 minutes after the order was due for pickup I could have received my requested toppings. Get it together.

My only review is that this store RARELY has the “fajita mix” (green peppers, onions, seasonings, etc.) The last three attempts I made at this location resulted in me leaving w/out a burrito bowl for my wife. It’s what makes it for her and I can’t begin to say how frustrating it is. Thumbs down to this place…

Busy location. Ingredient line was bare, I received the endings of 4 containers. Short on ingredients and the bowls came out on the small side. Seating area & beverage bar definitely needs more attention.
