Can’t say enough positive about the staff at this store. We came to the store at about 8:45pm as they were closing. The steamer tables had already been shut down and cleaned but the manager turned them back on and made us two fresh and amazing sandwiches. They went out of their way to keep a regular Firehouse customer who visited them for the very first time happy! Kudos to this awesome staff.

I’ve ordered twice from them in the past 3 weeks. On my first order they forgot the pickle and the free brownie. On my 2nd order, last night, they forgot the pickle. I had ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies and 2 oatmeal raisins. I received 2 chocolate chip cookies, a brownie and a cookie with sprinkles ? And that cookie was broken with a lot of crumbs and the plastic wrap had come undone and there were crumbs all over the place. The chocolate chip cookies tasted horrible and I didn’t get the 2 oatmeal raisin cookies. I know the pickle thing and free brownie may sound petty but it *is* what I ordered. I called them and left a detailed message. So far, I’ve not heard back from them.

Friendly service. I was greeted by 2 different people when I walked in. Service was fast and my sandwich was good. You can get them with many options. There’s a rack with firefighters gear that the kids can try on while they are there.

I have always had a good experience at this and other Firehouse shops. However, I’m amazed that they can conduct business with the corporate incompetence that the company exhibits by not being able to administer their loyalty program and mobile app. Longstanding technical issues and lack of follow-up to customer feedback makes it difficult to be loyal to any company regardless of the quality of product.

Let me preface that the food was exactly what I wanted. But the store is absolutely filthy. I came from Arizona and I went to a firehouse near my home weekly and it was IMMACULATE and always packed. Here, the floor was disgusting to where I nearly slipped on grease or something on the way to the bathroom, which was a complete mess/gross and felt like I was at a gas station bathroom in the middle of nowhere. The tables were dirty/greasy. I ended up sitting at the high counter by the windows and didnt want to touch anything while I waited for my food. That being said, the yound lady that helped me was extremely courteous and truly lovely. And the food was what I hoped for. If they can up their cleaning game this spot could be great.
