This little spot is adorable! I love their prosciutto and melon dishes. Just make sure the meat looks fresh (not gray). The one I got today was beautiful and delish!

Continue to not sell hot sandwiches , not even cold, even when the cooler is full. The girl at the counter says you do t sell them cold. Is this a real business? Are you trying to sell sandwiches or not? Happens very often as I fly out 3 times a week in AUS. Fix it please!

Despite the Caprese Sandwich being quite good, this place has numerous issues that merit its terrible ratings.

The staff makes this a very unwelcome experience which is unfortunate because I’ve had their $15.00 Caprese sandwich and I liked it. Today I’m taking a 9 hour flight and instead of eating the food offered on the plane, I chose to purchase the Caprese sandwich. Last time I purchased it at the bar, the bartender gave me an herb olive oil dressing to dip it in. I was under the impression that this is the way it comes. This time I requested 2 sauces since I was going to share the sandwich.

$20 for a caprese sandwich and a tiny bag of chips -it leaks inside my carry-on! When I went back to tell them, they were like oh ok-no apologies, nothing. They gave me a second bag not much larger than the first (she even said it fit like a glove!) and it leaked through that too! Get a real to-go bag-better yet, train your employees to pack a sandwich!

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews on Google. It is a decent place where you get your morning coffee and sandwiches or other bakery items though the selection is limited. They have a wine bar and nice seating area reserved for their customers. The counter is clean and well maintained. The staff is well behaved. The sandwiches esp the Porchetta is amazing! Give it a try. Even the egg and cheese was good. Loved the latte – well balanced and good. This place serves the terminal 29 through 32. Nice place where you can relax, work and grab a quick bite. Remember, it is a little pricy.

My experience was actually great. Sucks to see that others don’t agree but I’m hoping that maybe the service and food has improved ? I really loved the pizza and the wine. The employees were also super sweet and kind to me!

Sandwich lacked a bit of flavour but was fresh and perfectly toasted.

the food was good, I got a spinach tomato egg and cheese sandwich, and a pain au chocolat. the sandwich was hot. it was expensive, but that’s typical for airport food. they do not accept cash.
