EDIT; second time in a row I’ve gone there and what was in my bag hardly even resembles what I ordered. You have one job, choice of bread, toasted or untoasted, choice of topping. how do you get this wrong every time?

Ordered multiples from here. Always ask for well toasted bagel and every single time I get a bagel that looks the same as it did before it got toasted. How is that a well toasted bagel. They don’t care how it comes out as long as it’s fast and they can help next person.

The app does not work for certain locations. No online ordering in Sag Harbor. Please start over with online ordering. The food is great, but the lack of online ordering is an enormous inconvenience.
