This place is new, and fantastic. Food was hot, fresh and just so delicious. Stick to the fry sauce. I got a #3, which is essentially thousand island dressing on the bottom of the burger, with pickles, onion, tomato and lettuce. My husband got the #2, pickles, mustard and onion. And the kids got random kid’s meals. We added onion rings to one meal, and got an order of cheese curds. I can do without those going forward, but the rest? Delicious. Would definitely go again before we leave for home. We went back separately for the frozen custard. And I’m so glad we did. My new favorite dessert.

The food is very good. Great burgers and grilled chicken. Excellent fries and ice cream. Service is quick and accurate. Only downside is the tables are frequently dirty, which I don’t understand since when there is a lull in the line, the staff just stand there and chat. Sometimes they are crazy busy, so I understand that, but when there’s a lull they could send a few people out to empty the trash cans and wipe down the tables. The place is new so I hope things will improve. I’ve visited every week since they’ve opened so it hasn’t stopped me from enjoying the delicious food.

Our first time to eat here. It was NOT a good experience at al!!!! First, the order was half wrong. I asked the guy to fix it. He proceeds to dump the fries out of my basket and back with the rest of the fries. Then he dumps a to go order of onion rings into my basket that were not hot and fresh at all. Then he proceeds to just pick the tomatoes off my cheeseburger by hand instead of making me a new one. Also, the cheeseburgers were scorched and super crispy on the edges. The restaurant was really dirty. The staff was not very nice. Not worthy the money, time, or experience. We will not be returning. Plus, the tables were way too close to each other. It felt like strangers were sitting with you. There also was not enough walk space. People would practically walk up against your table to get past you.

Stopped in for lunch before we got to Pigeon Forge. It was very busy but we went inside. Our first time ever eating at Freddy’s but very happy we did. We placed our order & got a seat but it didn’t take long to get our food. It was GREAT!!! They have a big selection of Burger, frozen custards, milkshakes & more. We can’t wait to try them. If you’ve never tried this restaurant….I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

Stopped in for a quick lunch. We have been to several around the southeast, and this one was pretty much like all of them. This one was a little dirtier than others that we have been to, but they may have been really busy before we got there and haven’t caught up. Service was friendly, and reasonably quick. Their burgers are OK, but to be honest, we prefer In-N-Out, but they are only west of the Mississippi River.
