Wish photos could share the lovely aroma in the restaurant. The service was sublime and the Alfredo & red sauce were delicious. We had chicken Alfredo and eggplant Parmigianowith tons of melted mozzarella on top! The side salad and dressing were tasty too . Tons of selection of foods.

Terrible, ordered the specialty pizza Capris cheese lover and added mushroom. First, they put sliced white and yellow cheese on the pizza. The cheeses that are supposed to be on the pizza are mozz, parmesan, ricotta and feta. There was no ricotta and no feta. They added white and yellow sliced cheese you could literally see the square slices on the pieces. Then I paid 1.50 for mushrooms and they were the soggy mushrooms from a jar and scarce. I am very disappointed because after tax, delivery, tip, for a medium and small pizza it was 45.00. This is TERRIBLE quality for a 45.00 meal. I am extremely disappointed and unfortunately this is not my first bad experience, it’s a repeated bad experience with Capris, Just the first time I have written a review. I have given them way too many chances. I am done. Save your money, buy a frozen pizza from food lion. Thank me later!

Ordered 2 eggplant parm subs and 2 fried apps for delivery, total was $50, which I thought was a little steep, but I was willing to pay for the convenience. Was told it’d be 40 minutes. Food arrived cold 1 hour and 45 minutes later. There was hardly anything at all on the subs, it was literally more than half just bread. I live 4 miles from the restaurant, so I decided to take it back and ask for a refund. The owner refused and insisted there was nothing wrong with the food. Didn’t even offer to remake it, instead offered to reheat the apps in the fryer and add some filling to the already cold subs we’d waited nearly 2 hours for. I’d say it was a waste of money, but $50 is a low price to learn a man’s worth. Don’t spend your resources here. Poor quality people. Poor quality food. I went out of my way to give them an opportunity to make it right and they flat out refused. There won’t be a next time.

If they would get rid of the manager this place would be better. The food was good, and we actually didn’t have to wait forever like most people. Including the poor fellas next to us. They had been there for a good 30 minutes before us, and received their food 15 minutes after us. And it wasn’t busy, just 3 people in the dining area and the phone was silent for delivery orders. They did mess our order up, giving us larges when we ordered smalls and when we asked about it, a few minutes after we got our order, they insisted on charging us for the larges. Um, no. The manager wouldn’t come speak to us, hid in the kitchen yelling and tossing pans around. The poor waitress didn’t have the authority to void the transaction and had to call the owner to get it straightened out. Took 30 minutes and a whole lot of back and forth to be charged correctly. Ridiculous!

We have been eating here for years and the pasta, pizza and wings are extremely good but last night they were really off their game. I ordered my usual chicken Alfredo and when I got it home and opened the box the pasta was dried and sauce was thick and cold. I heated it and thinned it out a bit but it made me very sick and 24 hrs later I still can’t keep much down other than crackers and rice. My husband’s Pizza n wings were great. Oh, I also didn’t get the salad I ordered. Really disappointed and hope I feel better tomorrow.

Angel and “The crew” were so nice and welcoming . Even the customers who ordered after me, walked in the restaurant with smiles on their faces. Im so grateful that we have such a great “Gem” here in Liberty . The food was “Bussin”! I will never try those “other guys” again .

The service here is a JOKE! I’ve had people that work there argue with me about asking for ranch that I was offering to pay for. Others have had the nastiest attitude for asking a simple question. A staff member ran her mouth then said she’s not doing this and not dealing with my attitude when all I asked for was a wait time and left with no food and no answer. Someone had to apologise for her and said she “does this with everyone.” The one that apologized was the only kind employee I’ve ever encountered. The staff is rude and mean. Food is never ready on time. Delivery is slow as can be and frequently forgets items. The behavior of staff is shocking. I would be embarrassed to be the owner of an establishment with such employees.
