The customer service was horrible. The manager( dark headed lady) was very rude especially to people who work there. Then my banana split came out with with cool whip and chocolate with no ice cream on it. Then my wife and kids blizzards came out and was milk in a cup. I spent $ 34.00 for garbage. DONT GO HERE

My coworkers and I ordered 4 blizzards to be brought to the hospital to us. We were given liquid in a cup and then spoken to rudely. Bad service, bad food, and bad atmosphere. I do not recommend ever going here, or buying from here.

After ordering a cake online. I went to pickup the cake, I had my 2 kids with me and ordered 3 small blizzards. I told them while ordering I was picking up the cake and would like to add writing, they said ok. We sat to eat at dirty tables, our blizzards that were literally only vanilla ice cream. The worst blizzard we’ve ever had, there were no ingredients in them. We finished still no cake. Went back waited for someone to help (which seemed to be difficult). Asked about my cake and she’s started oh yeah I’ll go make that it’ll be about 15 mins. When I looked pissed, she asked if that was an issue. I stated yes I ordered ahead of time for a pick up it’s now past that time. I told you when I came in and ordered that I had a cake asked for it. Then proceeded to sit down for 15 minutes while we ate our ice cream. Then she comes over and says they can’t make the cake that I ordered and would I like a different one. I said that was fine. We got a different cake. Probably three minutes later she comes out drops it on the table and walks away. It literally looks like a two-year-old wrote happy birthday on it. Needless to say it was an absolutely awful experience at Dairy Queen. Clearly there needs to be better training in every department at that store and I wasted $15 on blizzards that were freaking vanilla ice cream and a cake that look like a two year-old wrote on it that I paid nearly $40 for.

We visited this location shortly after lunchtime, and there were only two employees working. A lady was working the front, and a young man was working in the back, cooking everything. Although they were still fairly busy, they both handled all the orders pretty quickly and with a good attitude, despite not having a chance to stop the entire time we were there eating our lunch and dessert. This location also has a sanitation score of 100%, which I have rarely seen at any restaurant. Both of those employees deserve high praise and a raise!

Ordered to medium blizzards only to find that the bottom half of the blizzards was just the vanilla ice cream. They aren’t cheap but DQ is cheap with their ingredients. Come on DQ!!! Not good!

Went for the 85 cent blizzards, they couldn’t get it to work on their system for some reason, but they made it while I was waiting in line, and I guess threw it away since I didn’t pay full price because of an issue on their end??? The strawberry shake I got for my son tasted terrible, it taste sour, like they put real strawberries in it that went bad. Do not recommend. Not the first bad experience I’ve had here.

I have been to this particular DQ 2 times. Each time, the service was so horrible that I left with no food or ice cream. 15 min waiting up front for someone to take our order as well as the group in front of us. When we asked if the drive thru took that much priority over the front counter, what looked like a manager, replied with a VERY bad attitude saying no! 7 customers walked out.

If they had a spot for a zero rating I would give them that…I started to go through the drive-thru and their was one car in front of me and it took the drive thru person 15 minutes just to answer the speaker to get their order…but while waiting in the drive thru I called to make sure their headsets were working and the lady that answered was rude and told me they were super busy which was a lie cuz we were the only car in the drive thru and when she finally answered the speaker for me she told me to hang on so instead I went inside thinking they were busy in there but there were only 2 customers in there and they were fixing to leave with their food so they lied to me…. definitely need more motivated workers with better attitudes and this is the last time I will go there never again!!!!!

I don’t get to Lenoir, NC, often, but every time I go, I stop at Dairy Queen, even if it is a couple of miles away. The service and especially the Blizzards are worth it. Sweet people.
