If I could give 0 stars I would! I simply asked for a large fry with no salt, paid the 3.49, I get to the window and I get a box of very over cooked, and broken into a bunch of little pieces box of fries! They were dark! I then asked for them to be remade and the crew decides to play the customer for a fool and rebagged the same over cooked, and broken up into little hard pieces fries! After one of the crew members came to the window and asked me If I wanted them remade!!! Do Not Go To This MacDonalds If you want what you pay and ask for! It isn’t worth it! I am soooo angry! They should be ashamed!!! Very poor customer service!! They need to be taught to do better!

I had a terrible experience here. I made an order online and went to pick it up inside. Their door was locked despite it being Sunday and therefore 24hrs. I left as I had somewhere else to be. I called shortly after and was told that they don’t do that and I had to cancel on the app. I contacted the app to be redirected to the store again. Today I called the store again and asked for a manager. I was given a male who informed me they could only do refunds in store. When I asked it to be explained he hung up on me. I went to the store as I was nearby and asked for a manager. A woman came to talk to me and claimed there were no male managers. She suggested I called the wrong store. I proceeded to call back the number I had just called. When they answered I requested they walk to the front and a woman arrived carrying the phone. They processed my refund relatively quickly.

Very unkept… always tastes like old oil….. Have had problems ordering here……don’t get any nuggets or fries here because every time get get my food it taste horrible…old oil or the nuggets are dried out from sitting in the warmer there was a time when I have gone to order and I get told to use the kiosk immediately right off the bat I try to explain to her that I only had cash.. but another time I had gone up there they refused to even come to the counter so I could order so I wait about 10 mins and nobody come to the registers…. I see the drive thru lady walk by and I waved at her but still failed to get her to come or tell someone….. So yea around very poor experience

If I could give this place a zero star rating I definitely would!!!!! Came here last night and the overnight cashier with the short hair cut and DISGUSTING attitude (the brown skinned girl) sounded like she hated her job and it was SLOW AS A SNAIL LAST NIGHT! Sat in line for over 30 mins for two 10 piece spicy chicken nuggets and the ONLY thing that was piping hot was my cookies! Came back thru to get it fixed she only offered a refund and didn’t even do that right!!!!!! Had to call my bank to get my money back. This McDonald’s is trash and not worth being open. Need to hire a new overnight cashier and cook because they are making this place a waste basket. GO TO A DIFFERENT MCDONALDS DONT WASTE TIME DEALING WITH THIS TRASH HOLE!!!!!!

Got there after the traditional lunch-time and there were no patrons in line aside for me. I stood there for a while with no help. Employees looked at me and continued on with their socializing. I commented that I wanted to order. The employee pointed at the self-help machine and told me to use the machine and they’ll make it then turn away and kept on with their socializing. Not sure if this is what McDonald’s has directed their employees to do but it sure is a jacked way to do business and provide service

I am picking up a door dash order and all the monitors for the drive thru are off and no workers in sight; (they were trying to appear closed, but they are obviously open). I say hello from the intercom and no one answers. I circle the building in my car and another car drives up to the intercom-drive thru. They ask “is any working” and there is no answer. After the car drives off about 20 seconds later someone speaks on their intercom (can I help you). I then say hello again from the second intercom and no one answers. I call the McDonalds and someone finally answers. They tell me to wait at the first window and I eventually get the food. Terrible service.

Waited in line for a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me something that was terrible. Try calling up there and phone turn off , so I go up there and then there doors lock . Never go there again !!!
