Don’t normally leave McDonald’s reviews, but this was an interesting experience. We initially only received two of the three burgers we ordered and had to go back in, when opening up the other two, we found charred spots on top and bottom, and the McDouble had sausage instead of beef patties, which we definitely didn’t request. Two stars cause the fries were hot.

According to attendant they close lobby to eat at 9pm.(McDonald’s is inside Walmart),we went in there at 8:05 pm. after shopping. We wanted to sit and eat,but attendant said “No” only take out. No one was cleaning lobby. Hopefully it is not everyday. We drove to a nearby restaurant instead.

We got STALE fries. They took old fries that were already cooked and RE COOKED them and passed them off as “fresh fries” I asked for extra fries with my daughters happy meal instead of apple slices cause she won’t eat them and thank goodness they got it wrong cause her fries were stale too! We didn’t get the bottle of water that we payed extra for. And we waited about 10 minutes for all of this. Horrible experience overall. Don’t recommend them

I love a few blocks away and get our kids happy meals a couple times a week. Today was absolutely ridiculous. I waited 26 minutes for 2 easy happy meals. I’m in the industry (not fast food), so I can understand if they’re understaffed, but, a little communication with the 10 people waiting would have been nice. Customer service was completely off today. Maybe it was an off day, IDK.
