I haven’t had McAllister in a long time!! Do when I went to Champaign I decided to stop by and it was a pleasant experience! The food was fresh and taste very good . Also the service was great!! I had a good conversation with one of the servers “6” is his name! He has a beautiful personality and a great sense of humor!! My visit was worth it!!

Way to go, McAlister’s team in Champaign. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced excellent customer service. You nailed it, from the friendly greetings, answering questions about the menu, and stopping by the table to see if I needed anything. The food was also delicious and tables were clean. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The two young people at the counter were great! The food was not. My potato was old and cold and the Mac and cheese my husband and son got were also cold. Seemed short staffed in the kitchen, but that it no reason to hold potatoes too long when it’s one of your unique menu items and to serve cold microwaved Mac and cheese.

My friend and I visited McAlister’s Deli, Champaign location to celebrate her birthday. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area. The staff and manager checked on us frequently offering us refills and a to-go container. The manager noticed it was her birthday and even offered her a birthday dessert. This was very kind.

I come here often and they are one of the best places for dinner in town. I normally get the pick two. The veggie spud is also my all-time favorite. There are two women that work up front and both are so kind. They give you the service of a sit down restaurant without the cost. The portions are very generous as well.

Every time I come in here they’re playing around. I called in my order, I asked for my cheese and sour cream to be placed on the side instead because I intended on eating it later. I mentioned it at least three times. She claimed she heard me. They put it all on top of my chili instead. Now when I warm it up it’ll all just be hot together. Can’t follow simple instructions. My food is messed up every time. The food is actually good here. The workers just act like children.

The Store manager was so rude…He said he is the GE however, his behaviors did NOT Depict such management training or a leadership style. I am overly heated up and disgusted by this. He threw a number ticket at me and I asked him not too, I gave it back to him and e threw it right back! Then stated ” he does it to very customer” mind you I had 8 of my students with me today. I JUST EXPLAINED THAT WE LEAD BY EXAMPLE ONLY FOR THIS BEHAVIOR TO BE DISPELLED ON TO US. He then refuse to take my order because I brought it to his attention. He also refused all of my students. I am hurt and offended and will NEVER RETURN AND SPREAD THE NEW OF DISORIENTED MANANGEMENT! Our organization just spend hundreds of dollars in this establishment just a few weeks ago with our students.
