Service was very slow. They need an employee who can work the counter at a faster pace. Hamburger was overcooked. Very dry and hard to chew. Very sad as I had always liked Wendy’s where I could get a freshly cooked burger. I was told the baconator fries had a cheese sauce on them. Mine had a clump of shredded cheese that adhered itself to the top fries and kept nothing for the rest. I spent way too much and had to throw away my food. I was very disappointed.

This place is so dirty it stinks the floors look like they never been cleaned the tables are always dirty I have eaten here a few times thinking they would step it up but no. The burgers are so greasy greasy and the ice has floating things in it. The staff are so rude. I used to like coming here but I wo t no more it’s to dirty and stinks.

Placed an order via their mobile app, shows store was to be open for another 75+ minutes. Went to go pick up the order sat in drive thru line for 10 minutes without anybody answering. So called the store and they said they had closed early. So asked about my mobile order from the Wendy’s app. They said that I would have to contact the app for a refund as it is a third party. Which it is definitely run through Wendy’s. It’s a Saturday night why are you closing early?

Female manager on duty 4/5/23 was RUDE and unprofessional. Placed a mobile order only to be told when we got to the window that the car ahead of us picked it up and it wasn’t their problem even though we had the card that was used to pay for the meal and the order confirmation on our phone. She said how do I know you’re who you say you are. Finally agreed to remake our order but gave it to us missing items and when we tried to go inside (lobby should have been open) to ask for missing items, the doors were locked and she refused to open them.

Wendy’s hamburgers are extremely good. They rarely miss on any requested additions or subtraction to meet my pallette. Their buns are fresh & soft. To continually provide delicious food anywhere in hundreds of locations is an admirable feat. My folks had better ones 60 years ago but Wendy’s in top 10 everytime!
