Went through drive through and was told to pull up to 2nd window and was left there and forgot about. Got my drink that was made wrong and then they left me there and forgot about my donuts. It was a dozen random donuts. Had to honk horn like 5 times and then was treated very rudely because they forgot about me. Didn’t even get an apology or have a nice day. Won’t be going there again. Grocery store has better donuts anyway. The convenience of dunkin was anything but convenient. I was late for wok because if them.

I ordered two large Iced coffee , Carmel craze signature drinks, and I got two completely different chocolate Iced water basically, one had whip cream , one looked like they poured powdered chocolate on the ice . And nobody even mentioned the Tuesday buy one beverage get the second free. Didn’t matter though both drinks were not coffee at tasted disgusting not impressed.

So we come into Dunkin’ of iron mountain michigan. We understand stuff happens. When I brought to the attention to the girl at the desk, that some lady was stealing our food, she gave me terrible attitude. I then said “we aren’t doing that”. The owner then came out, not knowing what’s going on and started yelling at me. Embarrassing iron mountain!! Wish we could give 0 stars.

Save your time & money & go to Edelweiss. Rude employee at drive thru our last 2 visits. We visit daily, typically early morning and everything is fine. Later on, very poor, rude service, incorrect order, frozen cream cheese inside of bagel bites. After our visit just now, we will NEVER patronize this business again. Employee rolled her eyes, mumbled and proceeded to walk away. This employee needs to be taught how to treat people. She has zero respect, zero care about customers. Several others have said that the same. She is making this business lose customers at a rapid speed. Our drinks had ZERO caramel swirls, typically they have three. We promptly disposed of them in our trash can.

Normally it’s good coffee for the price but just got a large and it wasn’t that full..about a inch and a half down from the top of cup. This is one of the reasons I stopped going to a different coffee shop in town. Last weekend they put my daughters order sticker over another sticker aND the other sticker was the correct drink. Hopefully they get a little better. Not giving up yet.
