The gentleman taking our order was nice enough but while I was waiting at the counter for my food there were two female employees that had really bad attitudes. Another customer asked a question and when he walked off one of the ladies started mocking him. Also I didn’t notice until I had ordered my food that they currently have a B health rating. Looking at the food prep and dining areas I fully understand why they do not have an A. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the food was correct and tasted good.

I grabbed a half sub before going to work yesterday late afternoon. I got so sick around 10 pm.. I shot up in the bed with the feeling of having to throw up. I ended up having to throw up and couldn’t make it out of bed because it came so fast and wouldn’t stop coming out, like the exorcist! I have never had food poisoning before and the only thing I ate was that Spicey Cajun chicken all day. Today I’m having to work 2 jobs sick as a dog. I had to replace my carpet bc it was un salvageable. I threw up that sub 8 hours later, had a fever, then the chills and a bad stomach ache. I went to the hospital last night and it was indeed food poisoning. I will never come back to this place ever again.

Had the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sandwich. The food was good as was the customer service. Associates were friendly and helpful. One of the machines they use to heat the food wasn’t working. If I hadn’t been watching what took place I would have been upset at how long it took to get my food. The workers handled it well and kept me informed about what was happening. Not your average mall food.

This place is horrible. There are 5 people behind the counter and each of them are walking in circles doing nothing. No one was making any sandwiches but there were at least 10 tickets waiting to be made. No management in sight! I love firehouse subs but I will never come back to this location. $42 for 3 medium subs that so far I’ve been waiting 25 minutes to get. I could have went to a real restaurant and done much better! Waste of time and money

First time at Firehouse sub because I wanted a sub sandwich. The cashier was very nice and helpful and even made a suggestion because I wanted to remove the mushrooms. I got a salad with the small sub. Bland taste and I would suggest not putting the dressing cup inside on top of the lettuce. Not sanitary.
