Food from here is a gamble. The first time we ordered here, the pizza was great. However, we learned not to order when the general manager is working. I ordered a large pizza and she tried to get away with providing a medium that was burned. When I later called to complain she was incredibly rude and combative and said “I made that myself, and I don’t make mistakes.” Even though I had a photo of the pizza with a ruler. So, do not eat here unless you want to be overcharged, underserved, and yelled at for there being a legitimate problem. This general manager, at best, needs to be retrained on how to treat customers or, at worst, go back to kindergarten to learn that 12in is not the same as 14in.

I almost always use the Red Wolf location & it is always good. Everyone is nice. I ordered from Alexander Dr because I was leaving my daughters & it was on the way home. The couldn’t find my pizza, they had the order.Took 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. She handed to barely taking time to say ‘sorry for your wait’ The ticket said it was ready at 5:01. I drove away at 5:31 pm with a lukewarm pizza.

I’m baffled how someone can forget to put the cinnamon on CINNAMON twists. They’re hard as a rock as well. Save yourself the trouble and go to the dominos off of Johnson if you want a half competent crew.

Completely dishonest… Ordered 12 large pizzas with a by one get one free school card. On pick up we discovered that they downsized two of them to a medium, and left one off… Used a couple of other coupon codes (instead of the by one get one free) to get it to a price that sounded acceptable when payed over the phone. When we tried to at least get the missing large pizzas they told us that they would have to ring it up… After we argued they said we could get one, but that it wouldn’t be ready for at least 45 minutes! They were incredibly rude. I’ve never had a problem at a Dominos before at other locations, with this same card. Avoid this Domino’s!!!!! Needs new management!

I’ve had trouble at this location multiple times. Today I got a half and half pizza, half meat, half veggies. I got a pizza with 3 vegetarian pieces, 5 meat. Being a vegetarian that meant i really got ripped off. Based on my VISITS I think management needs to be retrained or changes.

They charged my card but didn’t place the order for my pizza? I tried calling and they kept ignoring and hanging up on me. I heard someone say “just hang up” and then every call since then has been put on hold or ignored.

Rudest service I’ve ever experienced!!! I was baffled. First he told us our food wasn’t ready. We responded that the app said it was in the oven 16 mins ago. He asked for our name again and turns out our food was ready and he gave it to us. I’m so mad I don’t even want to type out how much of a d*ck he was the rest of the time. Our sandwich and pizza also wasn’t cut all the way through either.
