This place has it’s good days and it’s bad days. Today is probably the last straw for me. My pizza wasn’t ready when I got there, I was told 3 more mins, no big deal. So I waited 3 mins, 4, 5…10…and no one brought out my order. I learned from last time this happened I wait 20 mins and ended up going in to get it and by then it was cold. Sure enough I go in, it is done just sitting on the counter with probably 6 other orders and 3 people waiting outside. I wasn’t waiting. Get home the pizza isn’t cut all the way through. The parmesan bits were drowned in butter or oil….what happened to quality food and people who care about their jobs?

I placed my order shortly before I arrived so I sat inside to wait on my pizza… I wish I didn’t. Because I witnessed the girl making my pizza not only pulling a hair out of the pizza, but also not wearing gloves. And the guy cutting the pizza dough was not wearing gloves either. Not to mention their health inspection is over a year and a half expired. Absolutely disgusting, do not recommend, do not come here. (They also messed up my order after I had been waiting for over 20 minutes and made me wait another 20 minutes for a pizza that was cut correctly)

Ordered contactless just for the driving to knock loudly twice, waking my 4 months old after he fought sleep for two hours. Then he called and had me meet him outside instead of just leaving said pizzas. I’ve never had a driver knock on contactless. Absolutely not okay

Please please fix your delivery process. Every time I order, something’s unfortunately wrong. I love dominos pizza but am disappointed when it’s incorrect and I’m tired of complaining just to get a free pizza the next go around :/ I wish it was right the first time especially after I repeat my order back (my receipt is exactly as I ordered, pizza is wrong) to be sure because of previous experiences. This is the only place I can order delivery for to my area and I order what I think to be often.

I ordered pizzas from here for pickup for my husband and his co-workers. The order was perfect. It was a larger order, but it was ready at the time requested, hot, delicious, and the employee even helped me carry everything to my vehicle without me asking for help. Domino’s rocks.

Ordered pizza yesterday(8/10/23) for pickup and went by at 5p to get it. Was told at the window it would be 6-7 minutes longer and to pull up front. 20 minutes later, wondering where they were, I pulled back around and was told “yeah, they’ve been ready”. This has happened to me several times here and I guess I should know. I always tip even when I pick up, but I left the $5 in my console this time.

On May 17th my husband and I called in our usual order of wings, breadsticks with a container of pizza sauce. After years of loyal and weekly orders of 40 dollars we were told that they could not provide pizza sauce anymore per management. (We do not eat the mararinia or other packaged products) Bad move….you just lost our 160.00 monthly contribution to your business! All over a 40 cent cup oontainer of pizza sauce. We have enjoyed your food and placed this same order for years without any problems until yesterday

I think to make their numbers look better the pizza tracker is never right. It says my order is complete but it’s still in the oven and you have to wait another 5 to 10 minutes before its actually complete. Just be honest!!!
