Be sure to specify the size you want for walk-ins. Do not assume you will get a large when ordering the daily specials. Be sure to provide your name, even if you’re not asked, so that if you have a problem, with your order, you won’t get attitude from the Manager when asking about said order. Not sure why he was so rude about his employee not asking my name or offering to size up, etc. Pizza is good. Service….not so much. I will still buy from here because it’s fairly priced. No, I will no longer tip the staff until I see a change in service and that’s sad being they are as good as the manager has trained them to be.

They are lazy and rude at this location, very unprofessional to answer the phone just to tell the person calling that they are done taking orders for the night when all I wanted was to see if they had any pizzas customers had ordered but never picked up and to get some cookie dough. The best Papa Murphys to go to is on Pyramid and McCarren!!

Gabe and Brandon were so friendly! We are switching to ONLY this location now! It was so refreshing to be greeted with a smile and great service. We are closest to the South Virginia Street location and have been treated horribly the last three times so we almost gave up on Papa Murphy’s entirely.
