I didn’t read the reviews, I should have. The pizza looks nothing like what the pics do. Way to much sauce, but some liked it. Until we got to the center where it was uncooked, on both 1/2 sheets.

Was alittle disappointed with the toppings. I ordered a thin crust C&P pizza but also paid an additional $5 for onion and sweet peppers. The amount of pepperoni was plentiful but for $5 additional, the amount of onion and peppers was very stingy. Peppers and onions are not that costly compared to other meat toppings so you would think they would be plentiful. Also didn’t seem to be thin crust to me

Pizza dough was a little undercooked but overall it was delicious. (Much better when reheated at home) Love the cup and char pepperoni. And lots of it!! Emma was very pleasant behind the bar and good at her job.

Ordered a large cheese and pepperoni for takeout with wings. The wings were extreme soft and undercooked compared to all other pizza places in the area. The same could be said for the pizza. The cheese was hardly even melted and at least 5/7 minutes away from being golden brown. One of the wings had 7 feathers on it still and was falling off the bone and just looked horrible. For the $45 it cost I would have rather gone anywhere else. Very dissatisfied and disappointed for a place called “buffalo” pizza project. They didn’t even have cup and char!?! That’s about as far from buffalo as it gets. 1/10. Will not be going back.

Ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu, it was the worst!!!!!! Chicken Cordon bleu consist of beaded chicken swiss cheese and ham. This was not Chicken cordon bleu I think it had honey mustard, it was terrible It is such shame because it’s such a great bar but the food is just not good and the service is not good either ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️
