Worst customer experience ever the guy that was doing the window orders didn’t know how to multi task or finish one order. He proceed to take another big order before taking our payment which involved in us waiting for 20 min to pay and then another 15 min to get it. All together it took 35 minutes for us to receive our food from the time we ordered! That’s not including the time before when we were waiting for them to take our order. Then after making us wait forever we asked for bbq sauce and the guy proceeded to make us pay for the bbq sauce!! Where is the consideration in this? Make a customer wait forever and then charge them for the sauce. In which I don’t care but still the consideration. If it was me I would have been here’s the bbq sauce so sorry for the wait. But there wasn’t even no real sorry about the wait or anything. Just a shrug of a shoulder.

We spent a long time in line for these. (Also it’s like 5 dollars for each large cones.) Worker didn’t take the time to properly make two large cones, very squished in comparison to the actual large. The dollops on these cones are as thing as cookies. Feeling very ripped of by this since we had cones from here before, actually giving what the large cone is suppose to be.

Love Dairy Queen on a hot summer day. This one near CWU is old school in design and interior. Very cool old-style booths and tile accents on the walls. It’s small and the staff is friendly and efficient. Had a delicious Girl Scout thin mint blizzard and a chocolate dip cone. The best!

Every once in awhile I decide to shoot my self in the foot and head to this Dairy Queen for a blizzard. Minimum drive through wait time is 20 minutes. Terribly slow, by the time I get my blizzard I always wonder why I waste my time sitting here for these things.

After a long day of work I ordered the chicken strip basket. When I got home there was no toast in my basket (pretty much the only reason I order the basket). At least tell me if your not going to give me toast. Very disappointing 🙁

Man has dairy queen gone down hill. First off, the new burgers are awful, but I get that’s a corporate thing. That being said, I sat in line for 10 minutes and my burger was cold… cheese wasn’t even melted. Also I ordered a bacon burger and there wasn’t even a whole piece of bacon on it. For $10, a bacon burger better have a couple pieces of bacon. The pictures show 2 pieces of bacon. I also ordered a chicken strip basket with ranch. Didn’t get any ranch, and probably half as many fries as usual. Seriously for $32 (bacon double $10, chicken strip basket $13, and blizzard $6, tax) I expect some decent food. This was awful, and I don’t understand how. Dairy queen has always been way more expensive than other fast food places, but come on. That’s not inflation, that’s just ridiculous.
